Selling Without Selling: Part I
As artists, the thought of numbers, and selling to people makes most of us cringe, curl up in a corner, and often weep heavily. We aren’t geared for sales and number.
This week Kevin opens part 1 of his two part series about tricks of selling. In this episode, Kevin shows us how even the smallest of things can really influence your sales; from environment, to phrasing.

Great tips Kevin, thanks.
I’m a sales man for over 15 years now and some of your tips are even new to me!
Maybe I can add one idea/tip. When you offer your client the first collection of 10K and the client responds by saying “that is not in my budget”, don’t be affraid to ask what their budget is. Then they don’t have to know what they gonna miss, but you can tell them directly “ok, I have a collection that is suiteble for your budget and it includes this”
Thats the way I work for over 15 years now and it almost never fails. Give the client the feeling your thinking with them and you will give them the best collection you have in their price range.
I hope this can add something to your amazing tips, thanks again.
Greatings from holland,
Paul
